Hello Sudzers!
We met last Sunday (2/15) at Wagon Wheel BBQ in Mountain View and tasted four great homebrews. Thanks to Wagon Wheel and everyone who showed up.
- We met new member Balaji. Welcome to the club!
- The results of the Sudzers Brewer of the Year for 2025 are in, and the winner is Kevin Sinarle. Congratulations Kevin!
- Club brew: Several members got together at Nathan’s place on February 7 to brew the latest batch of Dark Matter. We got 16 gallons in the fermenter and the OG was 1.114. The discussion at the meeting turned to the possibility of dividing the beer into three five gallon batches, two of which could be used for aging on wood or for other flavorings. Allen offered the use of his basement for aging. Further discussions will be held on Discord. Thanks to Nathan for hosting and to everyone who showed up to help.
