Hello Sudzers!
We met last Sunday (10/12) at Saint Stephen’s Green in Mountain View and tasted eight great homebrews. Thanks to Stephen’s Green and everyone who showed up.
- Annual club brew: It will be a batch of Dark Matter (imperial stout) this time. Members present agreed that 10 gallons would be a large enough batch. Derek will host the brew. Details to follow.
- The annual holiday party will be held jointly with the Worts of Wisdom at Clandestine Brewing in San Jose Yeah on Saturday, Dec 6th, starting at 4:30. It will be potluck and there will be a white elephant gift exchange. The non-mandatory beer style for the party is any beer style with one “augment” which can be wood, vanilla, fruit, coffee beans, peppermint, etc.
